1. Appointment Scheduling Policy

  • Clients must schedule appointments in advance.

  • Cancellation policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appointment Reminders: Reminders are sent 24 hours before the appointment via email or SMS. Clients should confirm their appointments upon receiving the reminder.

2. Treatment Consultation and Consent Policy

  • To assess their needs and expectations, Prior to receiving any spa treatment, clients must undergo a consultation.

  • Clients must sign a consent form agreeing to the treatment and acknowledging any risks or side effects.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or canceled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to our staff and the business.

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we require a  48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services. A missed appointment or appointment canceled with less than 2 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services.

  • If you are unable to commit to appointments in advance, we recommend calling the spa at 513-580-1230 and asking to be placed on our Wait List. Should an opening in our schedule occur, you’ll receive a text notification and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for yourself.

4. Late Arrivals

  • We want you to fully enjoy your time with us, so please arrive promptly for your service. Treatments at Elevated Awakenings are designed to deliver the most benefit within the time allotted. As a courtesy to our other guests, we’re unable to extend service times or issue refunds or price adjustments for late arrivals.

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, your service time may be abbreviated to ensure we stay on schedule for each guest. Depending on the time remaining, your service may have to be rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment must be made at the time of service, NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds will be provided in accordance with the spa's refund policy, which may vary depending on the service or product purchased.

6. Mobile Phones

  • To ensure a serene experience, please set your mobile phone to silent or vibrate during your visit. With eyes closed throughout the treatment, you'll be fully immersed in relaxation—so there's no need to worry about calls or messages until afterward.

7. Duty To Inform

  • At Elevated Awakenings, your health and safety are our top priorities. We rely on the information provided in your client intake forms and value your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations. Elevated Awakenings cannot assume responsibility for adverse reactions to treatments if contraindicating conditions are not disclosed.

8. Confidentiality Policy

  • All staff members must undergo training on spa services, products, and customer service.

    Continuing education and training sessions will be provided to keep staff updated on the latest trends and techniques.

9. Cleanliness and Hygiene Policy

  • All equipment and tools will be sanitized before and after each use.

  • Linens and towels will  be changed after each client.

  • Staff must adhere to strict personal hygiene standards.

10. Spa Etiquette and Dress Code Policy

  • Clients are expected to adhere to the spa's dress code, which may include wearing appropriate attire such as robes or swimsuits.Proper etiquette, such as speaking softly and avoiding disruptive behavior, is expected from all clients.

11. Customer Service Policy

  • Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We want you to absolutely love your results and your experience with each and every artist at Elevated Awakenings. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 48 Hours so that we can schedule a consultation to resolve any issues.
